Cancellation Policy

Supplement Subscriptions

You may cancel your supplement subscription at any time by contacting us at support@ginspirewellness.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Consultation Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once your health intake has been reviewed by a provider, regardless of whether a prescription or treatment recommendation was issued.

Subscription Billing

By subscribing to any recurring product, you authorize Ginspire Wellness LLC to charge your payment method at the agreed frequency until you cancel. You can view your next billing date in your account or by contacting us.
