Our Standards

What "physician-reviewed" means here.

Every formula we carry is reviewed by Dr. Amy Seinfeld, D.O., before it's listed. She checks the ingredient, the dose, the form it's delivered in, and whether the claims on the page are ones the evidence supports. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't go on the shelf.

Dr. Seinfeld is a partner in Ginspire Health LLC and provides formulation guidance. She does not provide medical care through this website, and nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from your own doctor.

What we won't do

• No proprietary blends. Every active and its amount is on the label.
