GinspireWellness.com is operated by Ginspire Wellness LLC, a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. This Notice applies to health information created or received in connection with the services provided through our platform.
Our Responsibilities
We are required by law to:
- Maintain the privacy of your protected health information (PHI)
- Provide you with this Notice of our legal duties and privacy practices
- Follow the terms of the Notice currently in effect

We reserve the right to change this Notice and to make the revised Notice effective for PHI we already have about you. The current Notice will always be posted on our website.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights at www.hhs.gov/ocr. You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
