Is GinspireWellness a pharmacy or medical practice?
GinspireWellness is a telehealth platform connecting patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. We are not a pharmacy and do not prescribe medications directly. All care decisions are made solely by independent healthcare professionals contracted through our platform.

Does booking a consultation guarantee a prescription?
No. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, or any specific treatment. All recommendations are at the sole discretion of your independent healthcare provider based on your medical history and clinical appropriateness.

What states do you serve?
Telehealth consultations are currently available in most states. Supplement purchases ship to all 50 states. See our full state availability list at the bottom of our homepage.

Is my health information private?
Yes. GinspireWellness is fully HIPAA compliant. All patient data is transmitted and stored using SSL encryption. We never sell your health information. See our HIPAA Notice for full details.

About Our Supplements

Are your supplements FDA-approved?
Our supplements are dietary supplements regulated under FDA's DSHEA framework — they are not FDA-approved drugs. All products are manufactured in our SQF-certified, FDA-registered facility in Florida and undergo rigorous third-party testing every batch.

What is NAD⁺ and is it a supplement?
NAD⁺ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in every cell in the body. Our NAD⁺ & B12 formula is classified as a dietary supplement, manufactured in our FDA-registered facility using proprietary Filtraphorix™ Technology.

Are your products non-GMO and gluten-free?
Yes. All GinspireWellness supplements are non-GMO and gluten-free, manufactured without artificial colors, preservatives, or unnecessary fillers.

Where are your products manufactured?
All products are manufactured in our SQF-certified, FDA-registered facility in Florida. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $89.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing support@ginspirewellness.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@ginspirewellness.com to initiate a return.
